UNIMAR Privacy Policy

This policy explains how UNIMAR collects, uses, stores, and protects information in the UNIMAR mobile app and website.

1. Information we collect

We collect information that is needed to provide shopping, order, payment confirmation, delivery, account, favorites, review, question, and customer support features. This may include your name, phone number, delivery address, order notes, selected products, cart items, favorite products, support messages, reviews, questions, and basic account details.

We may also collect limited technical information such as device type, app version, log data, and usage activity to keep the app reliable, secure, and working correctly.

2. Payment information

UNIMAR currently supports payment methods such as Click transfer to account, payment on delivery, Western Union, and Zolotaya Korona. We use payment status and payment method information to confirm and process orders.

Card payment is marked as coming soon in the app. We do not store full payment card numbers or card security codes in the UNIMAR app or website.

3. How we use information

We use information to create and manage accounts, show products, process orders, confirm payments, arrange delivery, provide customer support, improve the shopping experience, prevent misuse, protect security, and comply with legal or operational requirements.

4. Sharing information

We do not sell personal information. We may share only the information necessary with service providers and partners that help us operate the platform, such as hosting, database, storage, payment confirmation, delivery, analytics, crash reporting, and customer support services.

If you contact us through Telegram or choose a third-party payment or delivery option, those third-party services may process information according to their own privacy policies.

5. Storage and security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we work to keep customer data protected and limit access to what is needed for app operation and support.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep information for as long as needed to provide services, complete orders, resolve support requests, meet operational needs, and comply with applicable requirements. You can request account or data deletion by contacting customer support.

7. Children

UNIMAR is a shopping platform and is not directed to children. If a child uses the service, it should be with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
